Service Support Notice
Following the difficult decision to cease production at Electrolab Biotech, we are pleased to announce that further service support is available for our existing customers from Bioprocess Engineering Services Ltd (BPES).
BPES is a long-established UK company (Sittingbourne, Kent), being involved in the biotech sector since the company’s founding in the 1990s, and has subsequently worked with and supported Electrolab equipment at key installation sites.
Offering an extensive range of equipment for upstream and downstream processing, BPES have a vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical, brewing, biofuel and other allied industries.
In order to extend the life of your systems, some routine spares will also be available from BPES.
Each support request will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will depend upon the availability of parts and information.

It is with regret that we announce that Electrolab Biotech Limited closed its operations as of 31st March 2026.
This difficult decision has not been taken lightly, and is due to issues we have encountered in developing a new range of products and the availability of components for our existing equipment. We understand that this will be concerning for you and naturally will want to know how to maintain and source spares for your equipment going forward. We shall be contacting you again soon regarding this.
Over the last 36 years we have been proud to supply our equipment worldwide to many different sectors. Your business has always been highly valued and appreciated; we thank you again.
